Marlies Lin, Senior Manager at TSMC. A passionate HR professional with solid corporate/industrial experiences in recruiting, staffing, talent development, HR strategy development and HR as Business Partner (HR Account Representative).
【演講摘要】
Lin will share her abounding HR practices in technology industry including account service for R&D group, Initiating R&D Idea Forum, establishing R&D talent inventory system, launching R&D website, facilitating HR process (promotion, performance management and so on). She will also share the interventions as a team leader to lead HR administrators, and those involved in most of cross-team projects to develop adult learning and development.
